The balance wheel moves, though the hairspring is damaged. But the anchor wheel doesn't move. 

This vintage watch movement is not running and is being sold as-is for repair or parts. 

Their functionality and service history are unknown. 

We do not service, clean, or repair vintage watch movements. 

All my items require servicing by a watchmaker.
