Great condition! At first glance, these pants look brand new. I purchased them at a high end consignment store, and thought that they had never been worn. Upon close examination, I can see that there is a hidden area with a little bit of pilling at the crotch. The fabric is vey thick and stretches perfectly, even in this tiny area!
