This is a vintage MFA or Mutual Insurance advertising hand fan from Columbia, Missouri. It is in great condition for its age. The fan measures 13 inches tall by almost 7 inches wide. It is made of cardboard with a wood stick that is stapled to the cardboard. Thanks for looking!
