Absolutely all the diamonds are there and it is the original length. Keep in mind and judging by the photos this is the length that it would probably fit you knowing that I do have kind of a larger neck. I did have this professionally fixed because at one point in time, the chain broke, but as you can tell in the photo, it was professionally fixed, and it is on the backside to where you cannot even tell or see it even if you’re looking at it, it looks like it belongs.
