I am going to try to list 5 of these painted by her

This one features Trees on the Banks of the Mighty Mo

One tree has washed almost in the water by an inlet

I like her style !

That is why I buy art rather than try to paint it myself ;~0

Size Unframed is about 18" Tall by 24 wide

The other paintings that are shown after the Martha Stewart Cookbooks

ABOUT THE EISENBERG ART THAT I AM LISTING

this information will stay the same for the next several listing

Back in about March of 2014 I went to an Antique /

Thrift store on 42nd and Leavenworth St in Omaha

They had probably 50 Original Paintings for sale all by this Artist

I ended up buying about 20 of them The largest were the 20 by 24

(that I am listing now) and then there were smaller ones

that I will try to list in the near future -

THEY ALL TALKED TO ME ;~)

Buy me ! Buy me ! Buy ME ;~) so I did .....

A few months later in April 2024 the store was completely destroyed by fire

and now it is a little park property for the UNMC in Omaha

I have sold a few locally but I closed my store about 4 years ago

and do not have an area to display them for sale anymore

here is where eBay comes in (( NO - I do not want to sell them for $5 ))

and they are not Picasso so I do not anticipate $500 -

I just want a fair price so YOU can enjoy them =

I have been an Antique Dealer FULL TIME for over the past 30 years

and I have accumulated more treasures than I can sell in my lifetime !

Rather than having these all end up in my dumpster when my house sells

- I have decided to try to list and SELL several of them that I think are worthy of a second look ;~)

I am not an expert or a scholar in the ARTs But when going to Estate Sales

and buying treasures from all across the country -

I find things that talk to me and for whatever reason I HAVE TO HAVE THEM :~)

However = IF I bought all of the art that I see I would need a new ballroom

like the one they are building at the Whitehouse to store it all !

I am picky about just what I buy - I like nice things and I buy them to sell

REFUND POLICY -

IF you change your mind - not my fault = You pay shipping both ways plus 20% restocking charge

deducted from your refund amount - If you do not want it PLEASE DO NOT Buy it -

it takes time to find the treasures that I sell - to research them to take pictures and list them on eBay

THEN it takes time to wrap pack ship wait until you receive it ( If returned ) wait to get it back

Relist it Again for it to sell to someone who wants to purchase it -

I think this will clarify my position as an eBay seller for over 27 YEARS -
