RARE Rock & Granner Castle No. 1768 (Predecessor to MARKLIN), 1880, Tin, Made in Germany .  24" x  14" ,  9 3/4" tall, (3) Flags prewar Tin Flags are included and are 3 3/4" Tall.  This item was professionally restored long ago - Ive owned this neat Castle for 25 years. Excellent to near mint condition - has wear to one corner which can be seen in the pictures. It has two sets of original chains connected to the draw bridges that move. The castle mote is designed to hold water but I never filled it up - but am sure you could if you wanted too. PLEASE NOTE:  The Heyde size 2 (48mm) Sailors & the 2 9" PZ Battleships are not included in the auction and are only shown for scale and display ideas.A wonderful Rare Antique Toy Soldier Castle that goes great with Heyde, Britains, Haffner, and Noris Toy Soldiers.
