CHARMING little child's cup made by Oneida Community Ltd.  Google indicates this is silver-plated.  This item was actually used and it shows signs of normal wear -- dings and dents as shown in the photos.

It is 2 3/8 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide at the mouth and base, an 3.25 inches long including the handle.  The handle has a nice solid handle that is not completely plain but has some simple scrollwork.  Great little item!
