Due to the seasonal nature of Halloween costumes, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

Unfortunately, in the past, some customers have purchased costumes for an event and attempted to return them after wearing them. For this reason, we have a strict no-return policy during the Halloween season.

Size exchanges are accepted, but customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
