1st edition in bespoke binding by the revered Bayntun, Bath, England.  Bound in crimson Morocco, half calf with top edge gilt and detailed spine. Some gentle rubbing and fading to boards/spine, overall very good condition and a fantastic display piece. The endpapers and text block are very firm and tight with no loose leaves. The pages are in very good condition with some minimal wear, some very mild toning. All plates are present and in excellent condition. A wonderful fine binding and example of this book.
