Programming Instructions: Enter your vehicle with your keyless remote and your ignition key, and leave a door open so that the dome light is on.
Turn the key in the ignition to the "On" position, then press and release the "Valet" button on your remote within 15 seconds. You can press it once for your alarm, twice for your trunk and three times for your remote start.
Press and hold the "Valet" button again until the system emits a chirp.
Continue holding the button, and press the button you wish to program on the remote. Wait for the horn to chirp again and return to Step 1 to program the other two components if desired. Hold down the "Valet" button again and press any button on your second, third or fourth remotes to program any additional remotes. |
How to find out if this remote is compatible with your Vehicles’ installed RKE System

1. Check the back of your current or old keyless remote to match FCC ID /Part #’s.
2. Contact your local dealer and tell them your VIN# and ask what part # / FCC ID you need.
Your vehicle will be installed with one of the following keyless entry systems:

b. Optional Keyless Remote Packages: Installed by a dealer.
c. Aftermarket Keyless Remote Packages: Installed by previous owner or a car/audio shop.
d. No remote keyless entry system at all.
