Jaguar XJS Handbrake Cover Trim (Facelift – Celebration – Oatmeal)

 

This handbrake cover trim was removed from a 1995 Jaguar XJS 4.0 Celebration and has been stored indoors for over 20 years. It is the late‑facelift padded style with the single metal snap fastener and the internal rigid plastic disc that gives the cover its shape. It remains in unusually good original condition, with clean vinyl and no cracks, splits or distortion.

 

The trim colour is believed to be Oatmeal (AGD). The seatbelts from the same interior carry Jaguar labels with trim code AGD, which strongly suggests this cover is Oatmeal, but buyers should confirm suitability from the photos.

 

The cover presents extremely well for its age, with no shrinkage, warping, discolouration or lifting edges. The vinyl remains clean and supple, the stitching is intact, and the snap fastener operates correctly. The internal plastic disc is undamaged and retains its original shape. This is far cleaner than typically seen on surviving facelift XJS interiors.
