Vintage Red Glass Kerosene Lantern Signal? Photos? 14.5” Tall

Has two fall down handles on the back it has a flap on one side opposite the handle that chains has a chain lock on it to keep it open. It looks like the kerosene might be missing the middle piece, the kerosene container does have one clip that has come off. It is included will need to be remounted.

All the glass is intact. Does have little wear divots. It is rusty and looks like it may have had some repairs at some point. Please see all photos.
