New Old Stock, vintage Plastic, Tricycle, Pedal Car, Ride on Pedals. Fit 7/16" shaft.  approx 2 1/2" long, 2 3/8" wide.  Guaranteed Old Stock. These are getting very hard to find.  You may have to drill out small hole to fit depending on your application. **I will include star washers or maybe caps if I can find the right diameter.
