Freight Shipping:
A commercial address with a loading dock or forklift is required at checkout. Otherwise, the shipment can be sent to the nearest freight terminal for pickup. Residential deliveries will incur an additional fee of $200 ($250 for Calif. residents).

Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If a return is requested due to buyer error, the refund will be issued MINUS the original shipping cost and up to a 20% restocking fee. Returns involve significant costs, including packaging, labor, relisting, and restocking.

Refunds are processed within the timeframe allowed by eBay after the item has been received. If more than five days have passed, please feel free to send us a polite message to confirm receipt and refund status.

We cannot accept returns on: frames, engines, or any item that has been installed, altered, or modified.
