The cover of this comic has a fold in the lower right corner and a scuff in the top right corner, see pic.  Binder is good but has a tear at the top and some spine ticks, see pic.  Off-white pages.  The back has some writing and a stain at the top as well as the tear at the top of the spine, see pic.
