For sale is an original 1930s Palestine (Eretz Israel) print featuring The Five Megillot (Hamesh HaMegillot) rendered in intricate Hebrew Calligraphy micrography. The entire composition-including the bird with outstretched wings and surrounding branches-is formed from extremely fine printed Hebrew text of the biblical scrolls: Shir HaShirim, Ruth, Eicha, Kohelet, and Esther.
Decorative border with Hebrew title at top. Printed in Tel Aviv (as stated along lower margin). A striking example of early Zionist-era Judaica graphic art combining traditional micrographic technique with modern Hebrew printing.
Good vintage condition with age toning and light wear to edges, as shown. A scarce and visually impressive piece of pre-State Jewish art.
