***This is and has always been important to me and I take it seriously. Now more so then ever, because I am unable to work, after being diagnosed early 2020 with incurable blood cancer. So this isnt just selling a few things here and there, this is one of the few ways I can make money right now.***
-Once dropped off, I have no control over the USPS. I get things to the Post office as fast as I can, but delays because of the Post office are not my fault. The USPS is overworked and underpaid and backed up all over the US, so please have a little patience.
-If there is a problem, please contact me first before opening a case with eBay, I will work with you to fix and handle all problems, the best I can.
-Everything is listed EXACTLY what it is, if it says brand new, never opened, then that is EXACTLY what it is, Brand new and never opened. I do my best to describe each listing as accurately as possible, but I am human, as we all are, and I can make mistakes, so please message me if there is a problem,
-I have no control over manufacturer defects or anything like that. When I have a product listed as brand new and never opened, then that is what it is, and usually there is no problem, but I have no control if there is an imperfection, or manufaturer defect.
-As of recent, more & more people have been trying to scam me, and have been straight lying which is considered by eBay as abusing/misusing returns. I am tired of dealing with disrespectful & rude, lying, inconsiderate and impatient people, so I am no longer going to accept any returns. It is YOUR job to read the listing, it's description, and know exactly what you are buying. It isnt my fault if you dont pay attention, or read the listing, and I WILL NOT accept a return because of a mistake you made. I am sick of losing money from people lying about the item they purchased, and scamming me.
Of course, if there is a legit problem, I will always do my best to make things right.
-I set my prices low, most of the time lower then most or all other similar listings, so lowball offers will be ignored, because honestly it is just rude, and inconsiderate. When I have an item that costs $60+ retail, and I have it listed for $30 or less, and I get an offer of $10, it is insulting to me, so please just be considerate, and put yourself in my place.
-When I receive a Best Offer, I will send you a message, trying to work out a mutually beneficial price, so if you just respond to my message, then we can try and work out a deal. If I send you a message after you send me a Best Offer, and you ignore me, then most of the time, I am gonna ignore your offer.
**I dont mean for any of this to come off as rude, or like I am a mean person, because Im not, I am actually a very nice person, and I have many buyers that would attest to that, but I am not a pushover, and I am not going to just lay down when somebody tries to scam me.**
If you have a problem with any of this, then feel free to message me, or please find another Seller or listing. Or you can always go to the store and purchase the item for the retail price, which is always going to be way more then what I have it listed for.
