Payment is due
within 3 days of auction ending, unless arrangements are made prior to
bidding. If payment hasn't been
received, I will cancel the transaction and notify eBay of the non payment
status. Non- payment for items purchased can negatively affect your ability to
make any further purchases on eBay, so please bid with care. I do not
accept returns unless I grossly misrepresent an item, but I make every
attempt to describe each item as accurately as I can. Please ask
questions before bidding if you are concerned about an item.
On occasion I have missed something. Please contact me to find a
resolution. I am pretty easy to work with.
If you contact me
to return an item that didn’t fit or you were unhappy with your purchase and
item is in its original condition, I will accept the return, however, please
note that I will not refund original shipping cost and it will be your
responsibility to ship the item back within 14 days. A tracking # will be
required for any returns and shall be provided to me upon item being returned.
This will ensure that the item has been delivered. I will refund your original
cost within 24-48 hours of receipt and inspection. This does not
apply to damaged or grossly misrepresented items.
Damaged purchases:
If you have
received your order and it was damaged, please contact me within 3 business
days of receipt of delivery. I inspect each item as I ship to ensure that
the item is still in condition that it was listed as. I insure most
packages, so if your package was damaged in shipping please contact me
immediately.
Low Odor/ No odor
Disclaimer:
I am not a low
odor home. We don't use candles or fragrances in our home, nor do we
smoke or have indoor pets, however, I cannot guarantee no odor. If
odor’s are noticed, I will disclose in the listing.
Return Policy:

Returns accepted
for items that are incorrectly described in listings, with no exceptions. A
Return Request be requested prior to return or package will be rejected. We
must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the item, item must be returned
within 14 days in exact condition with original packaging. Items which are new
and sealed once opened cannot be returned. Item must be sent with confirmation
of delivery. Once item is received, money back or exchange if another like item
is available. Return shipping is paid by buyer and reimbursed if indeed the
fault lies with us and is warranted

Shipping
I do reuse packing materials from shipments I
receive. I usually ship the next
business day after payment. I ship everything USPS First Class or USPS
Priority. If an auction has free shipping, I will ship in the
most economical way. Priority USPS includes up to $100.00 of insurance
on your items, in the event that your item gets lost, stolen or damaged in
shipment. I cannot be responsible for how the post office handles your
package once it leaves my care. If your item sells for more than $100.00, Please
contact me if you have concerns. If your item arrives damaged, you, the buyer
will need to file a claim with USPS and I provide a packing slip in my
shipments for you. When filing a claim with the USPS you will need photos
of the damaged item, a bill of sale, the tracking # and you can file it
online It usually takes about 7-10 days to receive your refund. If
the post office denies your claim, I will work with you towards a fair
resolution.
I will combine
shipping on multiple auctions won. Please message me in advance to advise
you are bidding on/Won multiple auctions. I will send you an updated
invoice when all auctions have finished. Rates are as follows: Your
heaviest item will be charged as the first item at the shipping rate
listed. Add $1 for each additional auction won.
