New Calphalon Premier Space Saving Stainless Steel 6 Quart Stockpot without the Calphalon packaging

This stockpot is new and it has scuff marks /scratches at the bottom (outside) of the pot from being on the shelf.  High resolution pictures were taken and can be seen on pictures 7 and 8 from left to right from the gallery of this listing.  Picture 7 is with flash (might appear worse than it actually is)  and picture 8 without flash.  None of these scuff marks / scratches will affect the performance of this outstanding pan.
