These books are over 100 years old and I consider in good condition.

Please be considerate that there will be vintage characteristics in books of this age.

It is noted with the pointer some areas of the books that do you have issues.

I observe in the Proverbs book, it appears the first 11 pages at the very edge of the corners of the book at the bottom, have a little water markings.

In photo 3 and 5, you’ll see where the title on the side of the book that the white letters that states the title Practical Synonyms has aged faintly.

In photo 10, you will see where the page has separated, but is attached to the inside of the hardback cover opening.

In photo 14 and 23 I did use the pointer just to keep the book open for photos.

These are two antique books with vintage characteristics.

I find that the Practical Synonyms book has issues as shown with the pointer.
