Momyer [born 1916] he earned his wings in 1938, and commanded various fighter groups during WW II, including the 33d Fighter Group in Tunisia, Sicily and North Africa. He was a highly decorated ace pilot who was credited with eight aerial victories by the end of the war. In 1955, he was appointed commander af all U.S Air Force units in Korea and later commanded the Seventh Air Force and the Tactical Air Command during the Vietnam war.  Nice shape, free shipping
