Logs ONLY.  Rolling Stock NOT included.

These are O Scale logs and are perfect for 1:48, 1:50, and even 1:32 or 1:34 scale Log Trucks and First Gear Trucks as well as MTH, Rail King, Lionel, etc.  I have HO scale logs in another auction. This is a set of 6-8 Genuine wood, Southern Yellow Pine logs for Logging cars, flatbed cars with stakes or open top Gondolas of all makes including Lionel, Atlas O-Industrial, K-Line, and MTH..  These are hand cut and shaped to be correct O Gauge logs.  The ends are shaped to resemble having been cut with hand operated saws, and then Kiln dried, and lightly de-barked so they do not shed bark onto your tracks.  These range is diameter from 1/2" to 1" to possibly up to 1 1/8".  The length is 4" plus or minus 1/4".  This gives you logs that are approximately 14-16 Scale feet long, and 1-4 Scale Feet in diameter. You can specify a custom length at NO EXTRA CHARGE.   Six to Eight logs is perfect for a typical Lionel Flatbed Car with stakes (see photos) or an open top Gondola.  This allows for two stacks in one car, as was often seen in 40' cars.  Again, you are only bidding on the Logs, not the cars.   These logs are kiln dried and selected for a good straight bole, not overly crooked or bowed.  They have been lightly de-barked to remove large flaky scales and better give the appearance of scale bark patterns.  The logs shown on the Log Cars have been lightly sprayed with a flat clear spray, which gives them a reddish tint.  The logs you will get have not been sprayed. You may elect to do this, or not---depending on your preference.  I produce these by hand in my mill in Western Alabama (CGH Scale Lumber Co).  They are harvested and processed on site---not from china, not plastic, not paper mache', but real, genuine Southern Yellow Pine.  You can order as many Haul Orders as you need--a haul order is one carload.  If you specify, I can cut them slightly shorter or longer if needed.  I can do HO Scale Logs as well as N scale or any scale logs as you need.  I try to keep several Haul Orders on hand, but sometimes there is a slight delay in shipping as the logs dry in the kiln.  Feel free to ask any questions.  I will ship worldwide.
