John Siegal signed this index card for us in 2012 and he died in 2015. He was a 3X NFL Champ (‘40, ‘41 & ‘43) & a 2X Pro Bowl Player. This card has a crinkle and needs to be mounted on a backing surface.

This signature has been in storage for 13+ years so it does NOT have handling wear & it is guaranteed to pass authentication testing.
