I specialize in unread, unopened high-grade copies & lifetime collections.  This auction is for the first photo only:  FANTASTIC FOUR #12 CGC 4.0 OW-W (1963 Lee & KIRBY 1st HULK battle.)  The last cgc 4.0 sold for $1035.  This early cgc looks quite a bit better than the 4.0s being graded today.  Take a look at the ones listed & see for yourself.  Extra scans are new items being listed in other auctions.  

   Comments on the CGC bks:  My price is based on sold CGC bks, taking low-priced copies & dropping my price some if possible.  I usually sell bks cheaper than most everyone but dealing w/ CGC is insanely expensive.  A lost giant batch of bks cost $10,000 - $20,000 in losses.  A double charged credit card.  No more discounts on huge batches of bks.  Pre-grade expectations cost an extra $7 a bk now.  Getting the nicest copies in the world is expensive.
