• SHIPPING COST:
• Our postal cost includes the cost of shipping, insurance and the cost of signature confirmation if required.
• Items sold for more than $120.00 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
If the item is lost or damaged after the item is in the possession of the carrier, you/the buyer can file a claim with the carrier/shipping provider in order to be reimbursed directly from them. This policy allows you/the buyer to have control over the claim and reimbursement procedure. International buyers are responsible for custome/duty and all non-domestic taxes not included in shipping cost.



CANCELLATIONS:
We cannot accept nor process a cancellation once a shipping label has been purchased.

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned in exact, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition, no new odors, pet hair or signs of wear, with original products attached (gift boxes, tags, labels, seals... never opened/removed) to receive a refund.
Items that are not returned in the original "sold to you" condition may incur a deduction of up to 50% of the refund to cover the loss in value,
Original shipping paid by buyer is not refundable.
