From the Spring 2008 debut collection by Kris Van Assche for Dior Homme - a belted safari jacket in a cream colored cotton. This was the first collection since Hedi Slimane left the label, so most items at retail were very reminiscent of Hedi's work for the label (Van Assche only showed a small presentation of shirting tailoring this season - most items at retail were carry-over from Hedi's Dior). The jacket is cut from a medium weight cotton in a cream color. Patch pockets at front chest and waist with snap clsoure. Epaulets at shoulders with tonal logo buttons. Zip front with concealed snap closure. A unique dual-belt closure at waist allows a belt to be worn tied around the with a smaller detachable portion at back. Fully lined. Made in Italy.
