Here I have this beautiful Sony flip clock radio in working order.

Cosmetically, it's in good condition with the obvious wear and tear for its age, dating back to the 1980s.

Please see the pictures for more details of the condition, focusing on the fading discoloration and scratches around the unit.

This is a super rare unit and one of the last Sony made in the 80s until they completely stopped making flip clocks. It looks amazing, and the casing has a different design. It looks fab.

The clock is a delight with a premium clock mechanism that keeps good time, displaying a 24-hour format, which means it has a lot of folding numbers. It is easy to program, and the pieces are the original, complete item.

The radio has a good receiver; however, its performance in your area may be different from mine in London.

All its features have been tested and work as they should. The alarm can be the radio coming on or a very low Star Wars buzzer which sounds really retro.

There is no snooze feature, but it has a timer for the alarm which can be adjusted. The alarm can be bypassed or muted. It can be used as a radio normally.

It is fitted with a 3-pin UK standard plug with an antenna. The pilot light is a unique design that is fitted on top of the clock and gives it a cool vibe; normally, they are under the numbers.

This is a rare item, belongs in a museum or as a display or a signature piece.

I will send it with Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Thank you for looking.
