Shipping: I ship within 3 business days of receiving your completed payment. My business days are Monday-Friday 8am PST-4pm PST. Please contact me with any questions regarding shipping prior to purchase.
Returns: I do not accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented an item. Please contact me before leaving feedback if you feel that I have misrepresented an item. In the event that I have made a serious error in a listing and agree to authorize a return, the complete return of your purchase will be required. I do not accept partial returns or give partial refunds under any circumstances.
Freight Forwarding: For
international buyers using a freight forwarder or other such service,
please be advised that your package may be sent
signature required if your order exceeds $100 USD. If you are using a freight forwarder please be
advised that any damage to the item occurring during transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of
your freight forwarder receiving the item. Any claims must include
photographs of the item and include photos of all packaging. We take great care to package our items so that they arrive to you in good condition. If
your freight forwarder opens or re-packages the item and it is damaged
in transit to you, we cannot be responsible for the damage. If your item
is lost by your freight forwarder or lost in transit once your freight
forwarder re-ships it to you, we are not responsible.
Combined Shipping: This item is shipping in a medium flat rate box and will not have room for additional items, depending on the size. If you plan to purchase multiple items, please contact me for shipping costs prior to purchase as it may require a larger box.
Repairs: I do not offer repairs, re-stringing, alterations or resizing on any items.
