Unit works and is functional.  We did notice the bottom of the water tank does have two hairline cracks that slowly drips water.  We ran the humidifier for 3 hours and did not notice any leaks while it was operating.  So it appears the small water leaking stays contained and funnels into the lower chamber for humidity output.  There are some minor cosmetic wear on the unit and remote.  Package includes the original remote and the original power cord.  Please see all photos for details.
