This listing is for a Brilhart "Special" mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. It is a vintage Selmer era Brilhart, most likely from the 1980's. This is an excellent step-up level mouthpiece that is made out of durable plastic. 

This item is 'new old stock' from a music store liquidation sale. It is brand new, never used, and in perfect condition. There is, however, damage to the outer packaging from storage and moving.
