Maintenance
1. The air filter needs to be cleaned once a month and needs to be replaced after 500 hours of work.
2. Please change the oil in the crankcase after the shutdown. Change the oil once in the first week of a new machine and every 500 hours (after shutdown) thereafter.
3. Regularly check the parts to prevent oil and air leakage.
4. Regularly check the safety valve, air release valve, pressure gauge, and safety valve air hole.
5. Comprehensively maintain the machine once a year by cleaning the air valve, removing oil and carbon deposits, and checking the valve discs.
6. If the machine is shut down for more than one year without use, it should do an anti-rust blowing treatment, and clean and check the oil level when it is activated.
