This is a 2 Wire PCB for measuring a resistor.
It can be used for calibration and verification of DMM's resistor ranges.
The contact resistance by design is 0.96 mOhms which includes the contact resistance of both banana plugs and the resistance of the PCB traces. The contact resistance of the PCB traces was limited by using 6 layer PCB. The estimated TCR of the banana plugs and the PCB traces is 0.27ppm/C.
The kit does not includes any resistor!!!
Suitable for the Vishey series VHZ, VHP, HZ, VH. S, Z, RNC90 and Alpha Electronics MA series resistors or any other resistor which have:
- lead spacing 3.81mm/0.15" or 10.16mm/0.4".
The PCB can be attached directly with banana plugs to DMMs input.
This avoids measurements errors when cables are used like capacitance and leakage.

The kit's package includes:
1 pcs. 6 Layer ENIG PCB 1.6mm thickness, 1oz copper.
2 pcs. Gold plated banana plugs (4mm diameter, 16mm long).
2 pcs. M3x5mm brass bolts.
1 pcs. M3x16 bolt for connection between the lid and the handle.
1 pcs. 3D printed lid and handle made from PETG filament.
The delivered item is not assembled. The client has to assemble the product and solder own resistor itself.
The parcel is registered, with tracking number (check the country exclusion list).
For some countries (Canada and Australia as far as I know) the tracking is not provided by destination country post service.
Buyers outside Europe Union are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes.
The sold price + shipping + applicable taxes will be declared on the parcel.
I can not issue an invoice, because I'm individual, not a company.
