the cannon and hiring lowering mechanism work fine
there are a very few and very small paint chips to the cannon
no surface corosion
he screw that goes through the middle
the shells, instructions, and box are included!!!!!
Box has typical use wear but overall quite good for such age - please examine pictures to judge for your acceptance.
ALSO HAS the stand that helps load the shell - seriously, I do not see how one could load the shell without the stand, I tried until I read the instructions!!!
