This delightful Easter rabbit cowboy still has his tag that reads "Gund Mfg. Co. - (J. Swedlin Inc. Succ.) - 200-5th Ave. N.Y.C. 10, N.Y." and on the flip side "A - Gund - Creation". He still retains most of his clothing and belongings except maybe 1 gun. He does have a gun however. This bunny doll toy has his original red felt hat with an opening in the back for his ears. These ears are white with brown highlights as is the rest of the plush on this guy. His shirt, upper body, is red gingham as are the ear linings. He is wearing a blue cotton bandana. His chaps are part of his body as well. They are white plush with red fringe down the sides. The top front of the pants is brown felt or flannel as is the back of the bunny's legs. He has plastic googily eyes with a stitched nose and mouth. His shoes have cardboard on the bottom so he stands very well. His shoes are covered in the same brown flannel. This cowboy bunny still has his plastic coated paper holster with spots for two guns. The waistband is black and buckles in the back. The gun holders are dark red. The waistband is stapled to the bunny. There is one small, red, plastic gun on the right side. These are usually gone. This fun Gun cowboy bunny is approximately 16-1/2" tall x approximately 8-1/2" wide x approximately 6" deep. He is from the 1950s and is hard to find.

This delightful Easter bunny cowboy was well loved by a child or two :)!! His left arm has been reinforced by a special mom or dad. This bunny is quite heavy and when picked up by the arms, I can see how this could happen. The hat is very wrinkled. I am not sure whether the opening for the ears has been torn a bit. The holster is very wrinkled. and worn. There are scuffs on the back of both heels as if a child dragged him. The bandana is raveling a bit because it was not finished originally. Please see the pictures. They help with the description. My price reflects the condition.
