This ASSORTS 4″ (100 mm) Large-Diameter Fly Cutter is engineered for wide metal facing and surfacing operations on milling machines and lathes. Its large cutting diameter enables efficient material removal and smooth planar machining across broad surfaces.

Equipped with an indexable TNMG16 carbide insert, the fly cutter delivers long cutting life, consistent performance, and easy insert replacement. The tool features a hardened and precision-ground Morse Taper 3 (3MT) shank, ensuring accurate spindle fit, rigidity, and stable operation.

The fly cutter is constructed with a robust 2-piece tool steel body (head and shank), providing excellent strength, balance, and vibration resistance. A 1/2″ square shank tool holder, pre-fitted with the TNMG16 carbide insert, is included for immediate use.
