Domestic Shipping

All orders ship within 1-2 business days of completed payment.

All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Mondays.

Average delivery time to the USA is 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

Average international delivery time is 7-25 days.

Please also note that all items are shipped from the USA. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes, which are NOT included in the shipping costs. We will not label items as "gifts" or declare a lesser value for customs.

Most orders arrive within 7-25 days. Some shipments can get delayed in customs and can take substantially longer than 25 days. We ask that you allow 30 days before contacting us regarding a lost or missing order. Some worldwide destinations can take exceptionally longer.

Returns

Our primary goal is excellent customer service. We are happy to accept returns up to 7 days from confirmed delivery. If an item is defective, please contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label to you. We will happily ship a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you change your mind after receiving an item, we are happy to accept a return up to 7 days from confirmed delivery. Please note buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

If you change your mind prior to an item being shipped, please contact us and we will be happy to cancel the order and issue a full refund if the item is not already being processed for shipment.

If you decide that you no longer wish to purchase an item and have not yet completed payment, please contact us and we will be happy to cancel your order. Please note that after a period of time with no payment, Ebay will automatically open an unpaid item case on our behalf. Once a case is open, we are unable to cancel your order.
