The book is in very good shape. Mo missing pages  and pages are good and tight. A few have some spotting, but does not impair the reading . It comes from a smoke-free home. There is a slight powdery aroma in the book (NOT musty, and must have come from a previous owner. I've never been able to figure it out ).Please see photos to make an informed buying decision, as photos are part of the description.  The book is the actual item you will receive.

I always leave positive feedback when payment is received. Shipping it to USA addresses only. eBay started collecting taxes from transactions within and between some states. I have no control over this. and no seller ever sees these taxes as eBay sends them to the appropriate state. If you have a seller tax-exempt number, be sure it is on file with eBay.

I value your feedback and hope you are pleased with anything that you purchase from me. Please be advised that most of the items I sell are vintage or used and may show signs of wear and use. I strive to give accurate descriptions. If there is ever any problem, simply let me know.

Your satisfaction is very important to me and anything that you receive that you feel is not as described may be returned for a full refund.THE EXCEPTIONS ARE GENEALOGY BOOKS, WHICH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Thank you for looking at my listing and I hope you find something that you would like to own.

I am not a dealer of any kind; just a retired teacher who is getting rid of some of the things I no longer need or want.
