This Order of the Eastern Star Worthy Matron sash set is designed for formal lodge ceremonies and structured regalia wear. The sash is made from rich purple velvet and includes internal fusing with a foam layer to help maintain a neat, well-shaped appearance during use.

Gold machine embroidery runs vertically along the sash in a decorative vine-style pattern, featuring “W.M” lettering with crossed hammers. An embroidered OES star patch is positioned near the shoulder area, consistent with the layout shown in the images.
