This is a vintage set of Burgundy Bakelite Opera Glasses with their original pouch. These aren't marked up, so I couldn't tell you who made them. I can, however, confirm that they're in full working order and actually very good condition. Pouch is also in good shape and is fully lined (also in a fetching burgundy).
