This Past Matron (P.M) ceremonial sash is designed for members of the Order of the Eastern Star and intended for formal lodge use. The sash is factory made and features a traditional presentation suitable for meetings, rituals, and official OES functions.

The exterior is finished in rich purple velvet, supported internally with fusible interlining and soft foam padding to maintain proper structure while worn. Inside, a red satin lining provides a clean and smooth finish with no visible thread lines.

All edges are neatly finished with gold braid trim, and a continuous gold fringe measuring approximately 1.5 inches runs along the outer edge from top to bottom.

The sash includes machine embroidery in gold thread, featuring an OES star emblem near the shoulder and a vertical embroidery panel with the “P.HammerM.” text and crossed hammer symbol, identifying it specifically for Past Matron (P.M) use.

Designed to be worn from the right shoulder to the left side, this sash follows standard ceremonial sizing and appearance as shown in the images.
