1. Make sure your phone to connect the 2.4G Wi-Fi, not connect the Wi-Fi whose name has 5G suffix; Open the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of your smartphone.
2. You can search "Smart life" by Apple store (iPhone) or Google Store (Android phone) and download the APP, register by yourself directly, then click the "add" button and search your device. (Open the Bluetooth permission for this app in your smartphone)
3. Wait 3-5 seconds, then you will find the device and click "Add" button, then insert your Wi-Fi password and add it.
Troubleshooting: How to solve the issue of "Can't Connect APP":
1. Factory/Wi-Fi reset: Pull out the charging gun, simultaneously long press the Ⓐ button and time button on the product screen until it shows "Factory Reset", then re-start the machine.
2. Have a check with your smartphone's Wi-Fi, switch the 5G Wi-Fi to 2.4G Wi-Fi (Switch the router from dual brand (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) to only 2.4 GHz and opened the Smart Life App again)
3. Open the APP, open the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of your smartphone, then add the device.
Please Note: It is not allowed to adjust the current during the charging: Stop the charging, then you can adjust current. (Because adjust the current when charging may cause abnormalities, so we set this function can be done after turning off the charging.
