I barely used this gimbal less than 5 times since I bought it. I put a 'skin' on it to protect the graphite arms, you can keep it or remove it, up to you.  I just fully charged it and tested it, works perfectly. I just don't use gimbals as much as I would like to since I mostly do family videos now. 

It comes in the original box/case with all the Raven Eye accessories, which I never even got out of the case or used. 

I only sell to buyers in the continental US with good feedback.
