It stimulates the secretion of digestive enzymes, increases appetite and prevents indigestion. Calamus rhizome tea has antifungal and analgesic properties and, when used externally, is recommended for washing wounds. To strengthen your hair (prevent hair loss), prepare a decoction.
Ingredients: calamus rhizome* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
Recommended consumption and other notes: pour one teaspoon with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for about 10-15 minutes. Drink 1 - 2 times a day.
