Shipping:
NOTE: All toppers are sent using eBay's simple tracked delivery, this usually takes 2-3 days. This can be upgraded at checkout to Express delivery which takes 1-2 days.
I aim to send items within 2 working days of receiving order.
I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail postage delays, so I recommend customers to order at least a week in advance. If needed sooner please get in contact and I'll do my best to work with you.

Damaged Items Policy
I take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging.
This allows me to quickly resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that delays in reporting damage or lack of photos may affect the resolution process.
