VTG Count's Of Conjuring Chronicle Magic Magician Booklet Fanzine DEC. 1949 RARE

Wow, a very rare and hard to find magic collectible here, with this issue of the Count's Chronicle. This looks to be a newsletter for a group called the Counts of Conjuring, based out of Colon, Michigan. We have never seen one before, cannot find any sales for any of the issues, and probably wont see any ever again as we are talking such a small print run. About 8 pages not counting the covers. Very nice!
