This listing is for a Lionel No. 2046W Tender With Whistle that is cosmetically in very nice condition.  I have no way to test it so is being sold As Is.  The box is in good condition with the exception of the flaps on one end that have been torn off by a previous owner.  There is also some light soil age from use.
