Here is a Company by Ellen Tracy sheer top or swim coverup.  It is in nice, gently used condition with no rips, holes, stains or other issues that I can see.  It is marked size small but fits more like a medium.  Features billowy "wing" sleeves.  Across the chest.....basically armpit to armpit seam...it measures approximately 21 1/2" but has a drawstring feature so can be cinched as loose or tight as desired.  From the top of the back by the neck to the bottom is about 33" long.
