16 Oz Beer Stein Pottery or Could be called a heavy ceramic mug. Vintage Iowa State Cyclones.  The only coffee cup that I could find similar to this was saying it was in the 1980s.  Could be earlier, but I cannot find a place to reference logo dates for this walking ( marching ahead) Red Cyclone Bird.  It holds 16 oz just below the rim of the top.  Nice large handle for easy holding.  The size tells me it is probably for beer, but could be for pop, soda, or other drinks.. A bit large for coffee for some.  In Great condition, looks like pen tips may have made blue dots on the inside bottom of the mug which don't come off with water..  It is in good shape, a bit of extra pottery on bottom, and a curve glazed area on the edge of the bottom near the extra pottery.  Factory happening.  There is another Tiny chip on the side just below the Co on the red logo on the bottom,  it is under the cup so doesn't show on the side unless you are looking really hard..  and know where it is. The red marking on the bottom says: W,C. Bunting Co, a Great Name in Pottery, East Liverpool, Ohio.   Anyway. the mug is in really great shape for display if you collect Iowa State Memorabilia.  No cracks.  Advertising items rarely had quality control, so this is really normal almost new condition.  Stands 4 1/2 inches tall.
