Vintage 1/80 10k R.G.P (rolled gold plate) Hickok cigar cutter.  Marked Hickok and 1/80 10k R.G.P.   May need a good cleaning.   Wear tear with use and age.   Please ask any questions.   I don't clean items I leave the original Patina on it.
