Use steps (networking steps):

First of all, according to the manual information in the cell phone to download APP --- equipment into the memory card and boot 

(the first time you use the first full charge, memory card formatting and then into the device) --- after booting, 

please wait patiently for the device to start until the device is red indicator light is always on, the blue indicator light flashes slowly 

(such as a long time without changing the light long press the reset button to reset the product) --- into the cell phone settings in the WiFi list,

connect the device Hotspot signal (starting with BK, connection without password) --- After connection, enter APP,
